UMMM, can you believe Christmas is in 7 days?! When did that happen??? As you probably already know, I am a liiiiitle obsessed with all things Christmas (not quite Buddy-the-elf level yet, but getting uncomfortably close), well, everything except how quickly it flies by. If you’ve been left in the lurch, present-less and clueless, then don’t worry because I have your back. I’ve compiled a list of my favourite christmas gift ideas for all the health lovers in your life.
These can be subscriptions to their fave health magazine, or food delivery services, or a gym, or even passes to their favourite types of workout classes. I think this is a great idea for people who may not have the money to splurge on these types of things for themselves. There’s so many health-related subscriptions out there and obviously it will vary depending on where you live, but some examples are Hello Fresh (pictured above), YouFoodz, GoodnesMe Box, Women’s Fitness Magazine, monthly memberships to gym classes all over the world and there’s even seasonal subscriptions to health websites such as Nutrition Stripped which give you meal plans and plenty of nutrition information.
Depending on how much you want to spend, you could buy one or several self-care gifts. Self-care comes in so many forms, but one form that people tend to neglect is relaxation. So why not buy them some pampering gifts? Think candles, bath salts, skincare, sleep oils, foot soaks… You know, things they may not necessarily buy themselves but they would love.
Massage Gift Card
So, sticking with the pampering theme, a gift card for a massage is always a fab idea. Again, it’s not necessarily something they would buy themselves. This is also particularly great for people that workout a lot!
Healthy Christmas Hamper
If you think your loved one won’t appreciate the store-bought Christmas hampers, why not make them one with all of their fave healthy snacks? Maybe you could even chuck in a few of their fave Christmas treats because it is Christmas after all.
Let’s face it, you can never have too many cute workout clothes or shoes. I know I’m getting new running shoes for Christmas and let me tell you, I cannot wait to get my hands on them! And if you’re not sure what exactly they would like best, why not buy them a gift-card? If you don’t want to spend too much money but still want something handy and cute, why not pick them up a workout towel, gym bag or water bottle like the ones shown in the photo (they’re linked down the bottom too).
Fitness equipment is perfect to add into any home routines. This is great for those that prefer home workouts or don’t go to a gym. There’s also a lot of great inexpensive options, along with more expensive options.
Cooking Books & Appliances
Definitely a must-have for the foodies out there. They will love it, trust me.
Are they a fan of books? If so, what better way to kick off 2017 than with a motivational or inspirational book.
Anything To Do With Yoga and Meditation
This is definitely an essential in my books. December, albeit a magical time of the year, can also be a tad bit stressful, which is why anything to do with yoga or meditation can be just what they need. So, think along the lines of yoga mats, yoga DVD’s, meditation guides and you can even buy subscriptions to particular apps/websites that focus on meditation or yoga (for example, Head Space).
Foam rollers and stretching guides. These are great for people who are avid exercisers but perhaps neglect their stretching.

So I hope this makes your Christmas shopping a lil’ bit easier. Being a lover of all things health myself, I know I would personally LOVE any of these suggestions.
Anyways, I hope you’re all having a wonderful weekend and soaking up all the festivity. To make this coming week even better, I have another gift guide, style posts and recipes coming your way! Ahhhh, so excited 🙂 xx
