Chocolate Easter Nests

A fun and delicious chocolate treat to make for Easter.

Ingredients

  • 5 Sanitarium Weetbix
  • 200g chocolate
  • 1 medium sized bag of mini eggs

Instructions

  • Add crushed weetbix to a mixing bowl.
  • Melt chocolate block and pour over the weetbix. Mix well.
  • Prepare a cupcake baking tin with cupcake patty pans.
  • Pour in mixture and press down in the middle and create a nest. Place three mini eggs in the middle.
  • Put in the fridge to set for at least an hour.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
