I’m Chanté, an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) passionate about making healthy living feel simple, balanced and enjoyable. On this blog you’ll find science-backed nutrition advice alongside recipes, realistic wellness tips and lifestyle content to help you feel your best.
I’m also passionate about women’s health, particularly supporting the management of endometriosis, as well as gut health, coeliac disease, and IBS. These areas are often confusing to navigate, and I love helping to make them feel a little less overwhelming.


Behind the Blog
Where it all began…
I attended the University of Queensland in Australia and graduated with a Bachelor in Exercise and Nutrition Science, as well as a Masters in Dietetic Studies.
Part of what inspired me to study nutrition at university was my own experience navigating health challenges, including IBS, food intolerances and symptoms that would later lead to a diagnosis of endometriosis. What began as a personal journey to better understand my own health quickly grew into a passion for helping others do the same.
Whilst at university, I created this blog to share what I was learning. I loved being able to take evidence-based nutrition science and turn it into practical tips, recipes, and wellness content that people could easily apply to their everyday lives.
