On-The-Go Healthy Snacks from Coles

  • March 14, 2025

If you’re looking for some on-the-go healthy snacks, look no further. Here are some nutritious and balanced snack options from Coles and Woolworths.

Sirena Tuna Snack Range

If you’re a fan of tuna, Sirena’s tuna snack range is a healthy and easy snack option that you can pair with some crackers. Woolworths has plenty of different flavours to try, from Pesto Mayo to Roasted Capsicum Mayo. Coles also stocks a couple of these flavours, like the Chilli and Mayonnaise.

And if you’re looking for a larger snack, or a small meal, you can check out Sirena’s ready-to-eat bowls, like this Brown Rice & Quinoa with Tuna bowl.

Edgell Legume Snack Range

Legumes are packed with fibre and protein, and make an easy snack option. The Edgell legume snack range can be eaten on their own and straight from the tin (no draining required), or they can be added on top of a salad. Up to 11 different flavours can be found in Woolworths and Coles, including: ‘Chickpeas with Olive Oil, Garlic and Rosemary’, ‘Black Beans with Capsicum and Charred Corn with Zesty Salsa’ and ‘Lentils with Capsicum, Tomato and Herb’.

Happy Snack Roasted Chickpas and Fava Beans

If you’re in the mood for something crunchy and salty, the Happy Snack Company’s Roasted Chickpeas or Roasted Fava Beans are perfect. They’ve also added new flavours like ‘salt and vinegar’ or ‘lime and cracked pepper’. If you’re new to legumes, these can be a tasty way to try them out. However, I recommend the pre-portioned snack packs because eating too many legumes can sometimes cause digestive discomfort. And we don’t want that when we’re on-the-go.

Obela Hummos & Crackers To-Go

If you’re in the mood for dip and crackers, this Obela Hommus To-Go snack is perfect. It’s available in both Coles and Woolworths and comes with a single serve of hummos and wholegrain rice crackers. This snack is a great balance of protein, healthy fats and fibre to keep you full for longer.

Not a fan of hummos? You can also grab Obela’s plain single serve of tzatziki, as well as a grab a bag of qukes (baby cucumbers) or snackable carrots.

Yoghurt

Yoghurt is a nutritious snack option, and a great source of protein, calcium, and live cultures. I recommend trying the 160g tubs of Chobani Greek Yoghurt or Yopro. You could even add some nuts or fruit on top for added flavour and nutrition.

MunchMe Nut and Seed Snacks

These MunchMe snack packs are not only delicious, but nutritionally well-balanced. Both Coles and Woolworths stock these pre-portioned snack size versions: pumpkin seed, pistachio cranberry, and cashew sesame.

Wallaby Nutty Bites

I couldn’t close out this list without including something with chocolate. These Wallaby Nutty Bites are one of my favourite healthier sweet snacks available from both Coles and Woolworths.

I hope these on-the-go healthy snacks give you some inspiration on how to maintain your nutrition throughout busy days. Have any other healthy snacks to add the list? Let me know, I’d love to try them!

And if you’re wanting to meal prep some healthy snacks, you can check out some of my recipes, including roasted chickpeas, chia seed pudding, zucchini slice, chocolate nut slice or quinoa & chocolate energy balls.

Until next time,
